I quilt like an old lady

After much anticipation, I present to you.....my quilt in the making!! I've spent much of my weekend cutting hundreds of these hexagons:





And last night, after a total of six hours of work, I completed my first flower of the quilt!





And of course, Bella Sue had to help Mommy make the new baby a quilt!





I am so excited about this quilt! I think it's going to look great once it's finished!
