Bunco

So May is my month to host and I'm having a really hard time deciding what to do about the food. Everything has been done-pizza, spaghetti, tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, lasagna, wings, etc. What the heck am I going to do? Keep in mind that I don't cook! I can cook, I just don't like to. So any ideas?

I was going to bring up an idea to you whenever you emailed me back but you haven't so... We need to do a pot luck month! Maybe we could do it your month.

Chicken Roll-Ups
(These are easy and everyone wants the recipe!)

Cook 3 large boneless pieces of chicken (boiled is fine) Dice it up small.

Add 1/2 brick softened cream cheese and 4 T. Butter. Mix well.

Open 2-2 packages of crescent rolls; put a spoonful in the middle of each triangle; roll up.

Roll in melted butter, and then again in Italian bread crumbs (bought in the flour department, by Contadina).

Bake according to packaged roll directions and serve hot with white sauce for gravy if desired, along with a green or fruit salad.

They are amazing!!!
