I quit

So I religiously did Weight Watchers for 4 days and am officially over it. That was fast, I know! :) I think I lost around 2 pounds in those four days though. I just can’t deny my food! Oh well, maybe next time!

Dieting is SO over rated anyways! Food is so much more fun than a treadmill! You look great, you don't need WW!

Weight Watchers is tough. I did it a few years ago and did lose weight, but eventually, I wanted to eat "regular" food. Have you heard of Spark People? It's basically calorie counting, but I think entering it in the computer every day makes you more aware of what you are eating. I felt like I could still eat "normal" food when I did it, and I still lost weight. Just a thought.
