Hurry up 2nd trimester!!

So in the past week, I've been experiencing a LOT of this...



and this...



Holy crap this is hard. For the headaches, I've tried drinking a Mt. Dew and it helps sometimes. And my doctor said that I could take Tylenol but I really don't like doing that. So I don't know what else to try.

And for the nausea, I bought some of this today...


And let me tell you-I would rather be nauseaous than taste that crap again!! YUCK! I've also tried sucking on hard candy....now it makes me sick to taste the candy!

So I need some ideas of things to try! I'm all out of ideas.

Run out and find some Preggo Pops. They are lollipops and help with nausea! I found them at a baby shop close to where I live.

I've been putting a little lemon juice in my water and that has made a big difference. I have also been trying to eat some protein when I start feeling sick (like peanut butter or cheese sticks), that has helped much more than crackers or candy.

i've heard of those preggo pops. i think you can get something like that at Motherhood Maternity. I've never tried them though, so i don't know how they taste. i hope you start feeling better soon!

ginger snaps help with nausea - and just make sure you don't let yourself get hungry.

Also - pop ice popsicles helped me :-)
