The Beach!!

We took Noah on his very first vacation this past Memorial Day weekend to Gulf Shores! We had so much fun! Unfortunately for everyone (including our two good friends that joined us for the trip, Brian and Jenn) Noah’s teething kicked into high gear. We have been giving him Baby Orajel, teething tablets and even Infant Tylenol (off brand of course). He is so irritable and screechy…poor baby!

Ok-picture time! Gulf Shores is about a five hour drive from where we live. We listened to Noah cry for about an hour then decided to pull over and play for a while instead. Luckily after we played, he fell asleep and slept most of the way there.

Friday night, we introduced Noah to LuLu’s! He loved it!

Then we went to Dip-N-Dots…

And Sea-N-Suds…

He didn’t last very long there!

One morning we woke up, brushed Noah’s hair and it actually laid down! All by itself! But it only lasted for a morning!

Noah also tried reallllllllly hard to roll over. He made some progress but never rolled over all the way.

And THEN we got ready for the beach!

If you are still reading this, bless your heart! We had a blast, but we are so glad to be home and back into our normal routine.

I bet I gained five pounds while we were there yall. The diet is back on tomorrow with FULL FORCE!!
